The Mountains, Rainforests & Salt Flats of Bolivia Fully Guided Tour offers an excellent combination of dirt and paved riding through Bolivia’s most monumental highlights. On our 11 riding days, we will experience the Amazon Rainforests, high altitude in the Andes Mountains, the historical Ché Guevara Route, The World’s Most Dangerous Road, the great salt flats and more.
Our tour begins in the city of Cochabamba with a scenic riding day onto Camarapa. We will pick up the Che Guevara Route in La Higuera to see highlights including the location where Che was held & assassinated, his burial site and mausoleum. Followed by adventurous dirt riding to Sucre, paved roads to Potosi and on to visiting the Cerro Rico mines. Salar de Uyuni and its vast open salt flat riding experience awaits, followed by the interesting and indigenous town of Oruro.
On day 10 we climb, climb, climb to over 15,000 feet in altitude then enjoy the views riding back down. See the lowland people of the Amazon rainforest, the processing of the coca leaf, then the final and famous ride along the World’s Most Dangerous Road.
