Like motorcycles, parts and gear and the idea of being a known character in the ADV riding community?

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and creative online personality YouTuber to join our team at RIDE Adventures in Bend, Oregon. As our product reviewer host or co-host you will be part of creating engaging and informative video content that showcases motorcycle gear we sell on the shop.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and review gear with moto manufacturers to create compelling video content that will engage and educate our audience
  • Script videos and present our products in a clear, concise and entertaining manner. As a co-host to start, but with time, possibly hosting videos outright.
  • Shoot videos in our studio located in Bend, Oregon, and off-site filming opportunities exist
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to align your content with our brand voice and messaging
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and changes to the YouTube platform to ensure that our content remains fresh, relevant and optimized
  • Ideally, this role will have you working directly with manufacturers to bring into the spotlight an optimal series of products for our audience.

Qualifications:

  • A strong YouTube presence with a demonstrated ability to create engaging video content that resonates with viewers
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices on the YouTube platform
  • Experience in product reviews is an advantage, especially ADV genre
  • A passion for motorcycles, adventure travel, and outdoor activities
  • Must be located in or near Bend, Oregon
  • Basic knowledge on how to operate a camera is an advantage (DSLR or Mirrorless).

Compensation/ Workload:

We’d like to start with a 4-6 episode pilot series to get things started and see how our audience responds, so figure it as just a part-time job for the first launch phase. With success, we can increase the frequency of publishing dates such that this could become full time work within a couple of months.

Compensation will be $300-400 per episode for the pilot series, based on prior experience. Continuing thereafter, pay will be TBD.

If you're excited about the opportunity to showcase your creative and technical skills while working with a dynamic team at RIDE Adventures, we want to hear from you.

Lastly:

Submit your resume (with links to your YouTube) to careers@rideadv.com, and/or create a simple video introducing yourself and why you think you would be a good fit. Please keep videos to a few minutes.
