I attended the 2-Day ADV training in Bend, and I cannot recommend it enough. Several years ago, I attended an off-road training one state to the north and had a horrible experience that destroyed my confidence and set my riding back years.
My Ride Adventures experience could not have been more different. The instructors, Todd and Evan, were knowledgeable, patient, and fun. The course was set up to teach one skill and practice it, with the next skill building on the one(s) before. There was no pressure, and the instructors were genuinely interested in helping us improve. The highlight of the training was the real-life ADV ride on the second day. Not only was it a chance to practice what we learned the day before, but there were new skills too - all in a beautiful part of the world.
From registration to check-in to the training itself, the experience was outstanding. Thank you to everyone at RideADV for not only a great weekend, but for helping me regain and even increase my confidence to spend riding days off pavement too!
