Following his own motorcycle journey through Mexico and the rest of Latin America in 2010, Ben recognized that other riders could benefit from the things he learned as on his first trip through. Maybe most importantly, this film will help you get into the right mindset for traveling in Mexico. Along with the differences in culture come differences in things like driving habits and how you are received by the people there (which is generally with open arms.) Whereas travelers might tend to “tense up” a bit and worry about dangerous encounters, the truth is that Mexico is no different from almost every other country in the world these days: If you look for trouble, you’ll find it. However, if you’re smart and just use basic common sense, you’ll find that dangerous news reports we see about Mexico represent the absolute minority of what you’ll encounter while you’re there.
