Since riding his KTM 950 Adventure down to South America in 2008 and launching RIDE Adventures in 2010, Eric now resides in Oregon for most of each year. Riding is still a regular part of his work though, in that guiding tours is a passion he'll always have, and researching new routes and regions allows RIDE Adventures to continue growing and providing reliable travel services to adventure minded riders and travelers from around the world.

Just a reminder to everyone that our 4-part video series about "How to Pack for Your Motorcycle Trip" is up on YouTube, and will hopefully play a role in saving you time, money, headaches and mistakes before and during your next motorcycle trip!

Please keep in mind, this series was meant be "general," recognizing that every motorcycle, motorcycle rider, and motorcycle trip are different.  Maybe your bike has luggage cases permanently fixed to the frame, or maybe you'll benefit from innovative new designs made by the likes of Giant Loop Moto or other luggage manufacturers.  This video series is simply meant to spark some thought and point out a few key tips that will make it more fun and easy for you to travel.

Keep the rubber side down, and we'll see you out there! (Click to read the written version of the motorcycle trip packing series.)
